Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Mon.-Fri.--excluding holidays). You will have the option of selecting First Class, Priority or Express shipping. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery when selecting First Class (in the U.S.).

*If you are purchasing any of our custom wire (AshleighsAffordables) items, please allow up to 5-7 business days for production and shipment. If you are purchasing a custom wire item along with our store's regular merchandise, your complete order will ship all at once within the 5-7 business days.*

*Postal delays

*International Duties/Customs charges

*Products lost or damaged in the mail(the postal service will be responsible once the package has been shipped from our possession)

*Products marked 'Delivered' by the post office(you will need to check your local post office to obtain information regarding the whereabouts of your package)

*The shipping address given by the customer being incorrect(buyer is responsible for filling in the correct shipping information at checkout)

*The buyer choosing an incorrect size

*The washing/drying instructions on the clothing item's tag not being followed causing the garment to be damaged

*Any damages to the merchandise when buyer tears open/cuts open package
