Not the right fit? Not a problem! Merchandise may be returned for store credit in the form of a digital gift card ONLY within 10 days after delivery confirmation through tracking--buyer will be held responsible for any return shipping charges. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition (this includes makeup, deodorant and perfume stains from trying it on) with original tags attached. SWIMWEAR will not be accepted if sanitary liner has been removed. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You must include the return form with your return item(s) that was included with your package upon arrival. Once Affordably Chic has received your return package, it will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account (when order was placed) of the status/confirmation of your return.

*Products lost or damaged in the mail (the postal service will be responsible once the package has been shipped from our possession)
*Products marked 'Delivered' by the post office (you will need to check your local post office to obtain information regarding the whereabouts of your package)
*The shipping address given by the customer being incorrect (buyer is responsible for filling in the correct shipping information at checkout)
*The buyer choosing an incorrect size
*The washing/drying instructions on the clothing item's tag not being followed causing the garment to be damaged
*Any damages to the merchandise caused by buyer when tearing open/cutting open package
